SafeQuest Solano, Inc. is dedicated to providing prevention education, advocacy, and intervention services to those affected by domestic violence and sexual assault. With an emphasis on client-centered and trauma-informed care, SafeQuest works with diverse partners to promote individual, family and community transformation. (Nonprofit status gained under the name Solano Women’s Crisis Center. To better serve victims regardless of gender identity, the agency changed its name to SafeQuest Solano).
Mission Statement
To provide services to those affected by domestic violence, sex trafficking, and/or sexual assault. SafeQuest promotes individual, family, and community transformation with an emphasis on client-centered and trauma-informed care.
Programs
Our emergency safehouse and youth transitional housing programs will be funded with the donations made.
Accomplishments
Between 2017- 2018 we provided transitional housing, short-term housing assistance, and/or supportive services to 28 homeless youth between the ages of 12 to 24.
In our 2018 fiscal year, our nationally-recognized, school-based prevention education curriculum engaged more than 1,000 local middle and high school students.
Funding Goals
Our goal is to raise $5,000 or more to cover basic needs for families and individuals within our shelters.
