Vallejo Community Access TV (VCAT) is a community media service organization that provides access to facilities, equipment and training to produce and telecast television programs that interest or benefit all those who live and work in Vallejo. VCAT is a non-profit organization in partnership with the City of Vallejo, Solano Community College and training facility for the Vallejo Unified School District Multimedia Academy.
