I understand that applying for entry into the Give Local Solano campaign does not automatically enroll my organization in any additional SCF programs or events. I also understand that I will need to complete Part II - GLS Nonprofit Profile.

I understand that Give Local Solano is a program of the Solano Community Foundation and my organization's participation in the campaign is subject to approval by the Foundation; I also understand that an approved profile is not a 'blanket' endorsement of my organization by the Foundation.

I understand that Solano Community Foundation reserves the right to decline my organization's application to participate in GLS, at its sole discretion, if such participation would put SCF's tax-exempt status in jeopardy.

I acknowledge that my organization is currently in compliance with all state and federal laws and is in good standing with the IRS.

I acknowledge that my organization is NOT currently under any federal, state, or local investigation or regulatory-related inquiry (including violations and citations) related to any aspect of my organization's operations.

I understand and acknowledge that my profile information may be used in the future by SCF for the creation and publication of a Solano Nonprofit Resource Guide/Directory (digital and hard copy).
